Communication Quality and Speed
What network do you use? ChuraX Mobile provides its services using NTT Docomo, Inc.'s high-speed LTE/4G network. You can enjoy comfortable communication in a wide range of areas across Japan.
Is the communication speed stable? he Docomo network is a highly reliable network covering the widest area in Japan. However, due to the nature of MVNOs, communication speeds may temporarily decrease during congested periods, such as lunch breaks and evenings. This is a common characteristic among all MVNOs, as they provide services by borrowing a portion of the major carriers' lines.
What happens if I use up my data allowance? If you use up the data allowance of your contracted plan, your communication speed will be restricted. The restricted speed varies depending on the plan, but basic communication such as Browse websites and sending/receiving messages will still be possible. You can restore high-speed communication by purchasing additional data allowance.
Fees and Billing
Are there any fees incurred other than the monthly charge? In addition to the monthly basic fee, charges for voice calls, SMS messages, international calls/SMS, monthly fees for optional services, additional data purchases, universal service fees, and telephone relay service fees may apply.
When and how will I be billed? Usage fees are calculated at the end of each month and will be billed to your registered credit card on the [e.g., 27th] of the following month. You can check your billing details from your dedicated ChuPortal.
